Beef with Broccoli

Ingredients:
1 lb. beef top round steak
1 tablespoon
canola oil
1 can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
3 tablespoons teriyaki
1 tablespoon
vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic
powder
1/4 teaspoon
crushed red pepper
3 cups fresh or
frozen broccoli
Directions:
- Slice beef into thin strips.
- Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
- Add soup, soy, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper. Heat to a boil. Add broccoli and cook until done.
Chicken Pad Thai

Ingredients:
8 ounces rice-stick noodles
1/4 cup chile sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
4 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 lb ground chicken
3 cups bean sprouts
8 scallions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
- Boil water. Stir in noodles and let cook for 3 minutes. Drain immediately and rinse under cold water.
- Whisk together chile sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar in a small bowl.
- Heat garlic in oil over medium heat. Then add chicken to cook.
- Add remaining oil and chile sauce. Mix.
- Add bean sprouts, scallions, and egg. Mix to coat. Then let cook about 2 minutes.
- Add garnish.
